In network services

Costs for in network services will vary by specific insurance companies and by your specific insurance plan. Many insurance plans have a deductible that must be met and/or a copay for each session. It is required that each client confirm their benefits and costs before our first session. I am in network with the following insurances:

- Aetna

- Anthem BCBS

- Children's Community (CCHP)

- Humana

- Network Health

- Optum (UHC)

All payments to include deductible, co-insurance, or copay are due at time of service.
